Seasonal leaf and yard waste collections ending

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department is reminding residents that seasonal leaf and yard waste collection is ending and will resume in the spring of 2019.
The last curbside collections for leaf and yard waste in the Town of Ajax, Municipality of Clarington, City of Pickering, and the Townships of Brock, Scugog and Uxbridge will take place the week of December 3.

Whitby, Ontario – When daylight saving time ends on Sunday, November 4, darker commuting hours will affect visibility on roadways.
