Whitby, Ontario - Durham Region Health Department has declared the L1L north Oshawa postal code as a hot spot area. Starting May 17 at 9 p.m., eligible individuals will be able to book vaccine appointments for this hot spot area at the Ontario Tech Ice Campus clinic.
