Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham has made the purchase of garbage bag tags available online through durham.ca, to residents living in Ajax, Brock, Clarington, Pickering, Scugog and Uxbridge. Residents living in Whitby and Oshawa can purchase garbage tags online through their local municipal websites.
