Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of westbound lane restrictions on Stellar Drive (Regional Road 25) in the Town of Whitby.

When: November 25 to December 25. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.  

Where: Stellar Drive, 100 metres east of Champlain Avenue, in the Town of Whitby.

Why: To safely install a watermain to support a new development.
