Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Harmony Road North in the City of Oshawa.
When: Work is expected to commence on September 13, 2021 and continue to September 30, 2022. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is encouraging residents to drop off reusable items free of charge at the upcoming Reuse Day event. Items will be donated to the Salvation Army Thrift Store.
When: Saturday, September 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (rain or shine).
Where: Durham Region Waste Management Centre, 4600 Garrard Road, Whitby.

Whitby, Ontario – The Region of Durham is undertaking a Growth Management Study as part of Envision Durham, the Municipal Comprehensive Review of the Regional Official Plan. The first Phase of the Growth Management Study focuses on the preparation of a Land Needs Assessment.
