The Regional Municipality of Durham is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) study to plan for the sanitary sewage servicing needs of the Beaverton Employment Area, identify and review various alternative sites for the Sanitary Sewage Pumping Station (SSPS), and ultimately select a preferred alternative to allow for existing non-serviced areas to be serviced along with future growth of the Beaverton community.

The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents and businesses in Sunderland of upcoming construction of a new drilled well to replace the existing Municipal Well 3.
When: Tuesday, July 2 until Friday, September 27.

The Regional Municipality of Durham has completed a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) Study for the reconstruction and widening of Rossland Road (Regional Road 28) from west of Ritson Road (Regional Road 16) to Harmony Road (Regional Road 33), in the City of Oshawa (see map).
