New 311 Human Services Counter now open at Regional Headquarters

The new 311 Human Services Counter (formerly the Income & Employment Support Counter) is now operational at Regional Headquarters. The 311 Human Services Counter has moved from the lower level to the first floor and will be managed by the Region of Durham’s Service Durham staff. This is the counter for services related to housing support, children’s services such as fee subsidy, counselling services and Ontario Works.
