Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is pleased to announce that Winchester Road (Regional Road 3) will temporarily reopen for the winter season, providing residents with smoother travel.
Where: Winchester Road will be reopened, from Durham Street/Chelmsford Drive to east of Watford Street/Anderson Street, in Brooklin.
