Have you required the services of our paramedics this year? We’d love your feedback! Our survey is open to any Durham resident who has had contact with Durham Region Health Department in the last 12 months. You can complete the survey for yourself, or for another person.
Region of Durham Paramedic Services offers emergency health care to Durham residents.
We have more than 335 paramedics. They:
- Respond to 911 calls.
- Contract services for events.
- Participate in the community.
- Offer educational programs.
Region of Durham Paramedic Services has 31 ambulances that are staffed by primary and advanced care paramedics. We have two rapid response vehicles.
Paramedic Services has 11 response stations located in:
- Ajax
- Beaverton
- Bowmanville
- Courtice
- North Oshawa
- Pickering
- Port Perry
- South Oshawa
- Sunderland
- Uxbridge
- Whitby
