The Regional Municipality of Durham is the Employment Service System Manager (SSM), overseeing the design and delivery of employment services across the Durham Region.
Our team includes a network of highly skilled Employment Services Providers who create meaningful connections between job seekers and employers. We focus on providing tailored assistance, skill development, and guidance to empower and create more meaningful roles within our communities that contribute to a sustainable and inclusive workforce.
Working with community partners and local employment services providers, we will address the diverse needs within Durham Region and promote ongoing growth. We strive to create a resilient Employment Services landscape that benefits everyone.
