Whitby, Ontario – The Region of Durham is set to ramp up electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure installation with the recent announcement of more than $600,000 in federal funding from the Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program. Lane restrictions on Kingston Road in the Town of Ajax

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Kingston Road in the Town of Ajax.
When: June 26 to August 2023. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.
Where: Lane restrictions will be in place daily on Kingston Road (Regional Highway 2), from Trawley Crescent to Chalmers Crescent, in the Town of Ajax.
Why: The lane restrictions will be in place for the installation of a new noise barrier wall on the south side of Kingston Road.
