PASS Case Management event to highlight community resources

Whitby, Ontario – The Region of Durham, in partnership with Community Living Oshawa/Clarington, is hosting a Prompt Access to Single Session (PASS) Case Management event where adults (over the age of 18) with a developmental disability and/or their caregivers can speak directly with an experienced and knowledgeable case manager.
