Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of an upcoming intersection closure of Townline Road North and Taunton Road East in the City of Oshawa and Municipality of Clarington.
When: August 8 until the end of September 23, 2022. Construction progress and unfavorable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.
Where: The following roads will be closed to through traffic:

Whitby, Ontario - In line with the recent announcement from the province, Durham Region Health Department will be offering paediatric Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine for children six-months to under five-years old. Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham advises Oshawa and Whitby residents of changes to scheduled curbside blue box collection in observance of the upcoming Civic Holiday.
When: Monday, August 1 to Saturday, August 6.

Whitby, Ontario – In support of Durham Vision Zero, a strategic road safety action plan, the Region of Durham will be implementing leading pedestrian intervals at the intersection of Bayly Street and Kitney Drive in the Town of Ajax.
