Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham would like to advise residents that ambient air quality test results have indicated an exceedance for total suspended particulate (TSP) at the Rundle Road ambient air monitoring station. Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise residents of upcoming road reconstruction work at the intersection of Taunton Road (Regional Road 4) and Enfield Road (Regional Road 24)/Trulls Road in Clarington.

Whitby, Ontario – The Region of Durham Works Department requires volunteers, from Ajax, Courtice, Oshawa, Pickering and Whitby (including Brooklin), from both residential and non-residential sectors, to allow water samples to be taken from their internal plumbing, as part of the Region’s Lead Monitoring Program. Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham would like to remind residents that the Region does not sell or endorse water filters or treatment equipment. The Region has been contacted by concerned residents inquiring about phone calls from salespersons who want access to their home to test the water or inspect the water service.
