Business Count returns to Durham Region

Whitby, Ontario – In an effort to help support our local businesses, Durham Region will be conducting a Business Count from May through August as part of an annual Regional project to gather employment statistics and build a stronger local economy.

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham has become aware of misconceptions in the community about the planned Mixed Waste Pre-sort and Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Facility. Lane restrictions on Lake Ridge Road in Uxbridge

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of road rehabilitation on Lake Ridge Road (Regional Road 23) in the Township of Uxbridge.

When: Ongoing to June 25. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Lake Ridge Road, from 43 metres north of Reach Street (Regional Road 8) to 45 metres south of Regional Highway 47, in Uxbridge.
