Oshawa Micro-Housing Pilot Project is underway

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is moving forward with the Oshawa Micro-Housing Pilot Project, a 10-unit micro-home community in central Oshawa.

With occupancy projected for fall 2021, the Oshawa Micro-Housing Pilot Project includes 10 micro-home units that will offer temporary transitional housing, with various supports. Lane restrictions on Bloor Street in Clarington

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Bloor Street (Regional Road 22) in the community of Courtice in the Municipality of Clarington.

When: Daytime only on May 13. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Bloor Street (Regional Road 22), from Townline Road South to Prestonvale Road, in Courtice.  

Why: Lane restrictions will be in place to safely complete a soils investigation for a future watermain.
