Durham Workforce Authority

The Durham Workforce Authority (DWA) mission is to champion the development and maintenance of a sustainable and dynamic workforce in Durham Region.

DWA provides labour market information and produces an annual labour market plan based on analyses of local data. Working with the broader community, the DWA creates initiatives that focus on local issues identified by labour market data to make this information readily available to the local workforce.

DWA manages the Jobs First Durham portal, which includes a local Jobs Board, Jobs Map and Career Explorer.
