Calling all businesses: showcase your products and services to the Region

Whitby, Ontario – The Region of Durham is calling on businesses interested in working with the Region to tell us about your product or service!

The Region is hosting a virtual Business Showcase Event, October 18 to 21, giving businesses the opportunity to showcase their products or services to Regional staff.

Upon registration, businesses will be grouped into one of the following key product/service themes, supporting Durham Region’s Strategic Plan and service areas:

• Administrative services
• Facilities construction and maintenance
• Health and social services
• IT services
• Planning and economic development
• Roads and transportation
• Water and wastewater
• Other innovation

At the event, businesses will have 10 minutes to introduce their company and provide a product overview. Aligning with Durham Region’s Intelligent Communities framework, Regional staff whose work relates to each theme will attend to learn about products and services. Next steps will follow the Region’s established procurement policies.
