Calling all students in Grades 5 and 10! Enter to become Chair for a Day
Whitby, Ontario – The Region of Durham is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and we are inviting students enrolled in Grades 5 and 10 to learn more about the region we call home by becoming Chair for a Day.
Who: Students enrolled in Grade 5 and students who have taken, or are currently enrolled in, Grade 10 Civics and Careers classes. Students must live in Durham Region and have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

Participants are asked to submit a written, audio or video response to the question: “What is your vision for the future of Durham Region?” Ensure you link back to the Regional services that we offer.
