Construction at the intersection of Lake Ridge Road and Regional Road 13 in Brock

Whitby, Ontario – The Region of Durham is reconstructing the intersection of Lake Ridge Road (Regional Road 23) and Regional Road 13 in the Township of Brock.

When: Work begins next week and is expected to be complete by August 2020. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Road closures will be staged, beginning with the north and east approaches to the intersection. For ongoing updates about the project, visit durham.ca/WorksProjects.

Why: To safely complete reconstruction and intersection improvements.

Note: During construction, the intersection will operate as an all-way stop.

The Region realizes that the work is disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
