Durham Region launches new durham.ca

Whitby, Ontario – Members of the media are invited to attend the launch of the new durham.ca at The Regional Municipality of Durham Headquarters in Whitby.

What: The launch of the new durham.ca website.

When: Wednesday, December 13 at 8:30 a.m., prior to the scheduled Regional Council meeting.

Where: Upper Galleria of The Regional Municipality of Durham Headquarters, 605 Rossland Road East, Whitby.

Why: The new durham.ca website will be launching after extensive community consultation and development. The new website will be mobile-friendly, and resident-centric; and will feature improved accessibility, news and emergency notifications, as well as public meeting and event calendars.
