Join the fun at the second annual Fairview Lodge Fall Fest
Whitby, Ontario – Members of the public are invited to attend a fall festival on the grounds of Fairview Lodge in the Town of Whitby.
When: Sunday, September 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Fairview Lodge, 632 Dundas Street West, Whitby (at the corner of Dundas and Cochrane streets)
Why: Events include a barbecue, antique cars, Ontario Regiment Museum vehicles, vendor tables, entertainment, white elephant sale (gently used books, toys and household items), and more!
Note: Vendors interested in participating in this event can rent one table for $30 or two tables for $45. Vendors are asked to call 905-668-5851 ext. 5933 for more information or to reserve a table. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Proceeds from table rentals will go towards the enhancement of resident programs.
Fairview Lodge, one of the Region’s four long-term care homes, is located on 12 acres in the Town of Whitby. Replacing the original Fairview Lodge, the new building houses 198 residents and was designed with an emphasis on accessibility standards; and environmental stewardship, as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold building.
