Lane restrictions and night work on Brock Road and Concession Road 3 in Pickering

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department advises residents of night work and intermittent lane restrictions on Brock Road (Regional Road 1) and Concession Road 3 in the City of Pickering.

When: September 23 to 28. Night work is expected to be from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. to ensure safety and minimize impacts on traffic. Intermittent lane restrictions will also be required for the duration of the project. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where:

• Brock Road, from 245 metres south of Concession Road 3 to 200 metres north of Zents Drive.
• Concession Road 3, from 50 metres west of Brock Road to 40 metres east of Southcott Road.

Why: Surface asphalt paving.

Note: The Region realizes that the work is disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
