Lane restrictions on Adelaide Avenue East in Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise residents of lane restrictions on Adelaide Avenue East (Regional Road 55), between Ritson Road North and Oshawa Boulevard North, in Oshawa.

When: Ongoing until November 6. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Adelaide Avenue East, between Ritson Road North and Oshawa Boulevard North, in the City of Oshawa.

Why: New turning lanes and median work to support new development.

Note: Access to local driveways and businesses will be maintained at all times. The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and construction workers.
