Lane Restrictions on Adelaide Avenue West (Regional Road 58), in the City of Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Adelaide Avenue West (Regional Road 58) in the City of Oshawa. 

When: May 25 to June 18. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Adelaide Avenue West from Severn Street to Thornton Road North, in the City of Oshawa.    

Why: To safely construct water and sanitary services to support new development.

Note: The Region realizes that the construction work will be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.

Please be advised that in response to COVID-19, the Province of Ontario has identified the maintenance and repair of critical infrastructure, including roads, as an essential service.
