Lane restrictions on Bayly Street in Pickering

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of upcoming lane restrictions on Bayly Street (Regional Road 22) in Pickering.

When: June 11 to June 26. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Bayly Street, between Liverpool Road and St. Martins Drive, in the City of Pickering.

Why: To safely modify an existing center island and eliminate a driveway.

Note: Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews. Please also be advised, in response to COVID-19, the Province of Ontario has identified the maintenance and repair of critical infrastructure including roads as an essential service, according to the latest update of essential workplaces.
