Lane restrictions on Bloor Street in Courtice

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise residents of lane restrictions on Bloor Street East (Regional Road 22), between Meadowglade Road and Prestonvale Road, in Courtice.

When: Ongoing until September 1, excluding weekends. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Bloor Street, between Meadowglade Road and Prestonvale Road, in Courtice, within the Municipality of Clarington.

Why: Curb and asphalt repairs to support new development.

Note: Access to local driveways and businesses will be maintained at all times. The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and construction workers.
