Lane restrictions on Bowmanville Avenue

Whitby, Ontario – There will be lane restrictions on the Bowmanville Creek and CP Rail bridges on Bowmanville Avenue as Durham Region crews complete bridge repairs.

When: Work begins this week and is expected to be complete by October 18. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: The Bowmanville Creek bridge and the CP Rail bridge on Bowmanville Avenue in the Municipality of Clarington.

Why: Bridge repairs.

Note: The Region realizes that the work is disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
