Lane restrictions on Cochrane Street in Whitby

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department advises residents of intermittent lane restrictions on Cochrane Street (Regional Road 43), from Dundas Street East to 40 metres north of Ferguson Street.

When: Intermittently from April 29 to May 31. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Cochrane Street, from Dundas Street to 40 metres north of Ferguson Street, in the Town of Whitby.

Why: Asphalt paving.  

Note: The Region realizes that the work is disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
