Lane restrictions on Harmony Road North in the City of Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Harmony Road North in the City of Oshawa.

When: Work is expected to commence on September 13, 2021 and continue to September 30, 2022. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Harmony Road North (Regional Road 33), from Conlin Road East to two kilometres north of Conlin Road East, in Oshawa.

Why: To widen the road and install water and sanitary services in support of new development.

Note: The Region realizes that the construction work will be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
