Lane restrictions on King Street East in Oshawa due to a watermain break

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise residents and businesses of eastbound lane restrictions on King Street East, at the intersection of Ritson Road in Oshawa, due to a watermain break.

When: Repair work is ongoing and is expected to be completed by Jan. 11.

Where: King Street East, at the intersection of Ritson Road, in the City of Oshawa.

Why: To repair a broken watermain.

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
