Lane restrictions on Lake Ridge Road in Uxbridge

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of road rehabilitation on Lake Ridge Road (Regional Road 23) in the Township of Uxbridge.

When: Ongoing to June 25. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Lake Ridge Road, from 43 metres north of Reach Street (Regional Road 8) to 45 metres south of Regional Highway 47, in Uxbridge.

Why: To safely complete road rehabilitation.

Note: The Region realizes that the construction work will be disruptive and will complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.

Please also be advised, in response to COVID-19 the Province of Ontario has identified the maintenance and repair of critical infrastructure including roads as an essential service.
