Lane restrictions on Nonquon River Bridge in Scugog

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of ongoing lane restrictions on Nonquon River Bridge, which connects Reach Street (Regional Road 8) over the Nonquon River, in the Township of Scugog.

When: Ongoing until further notice.

Where: Nonquon River Bridge, which connects Reach Street (Regional Road 8) over the Nonquon River, 0.45 km west of Highway 12 in the Township of Scugog.

Why: To ensure the safety of bridge users.

Note: A temporary traffic signal will be installed to maintain one lane of traffic for both directions. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
