Lane restrictions on Rossland Road in Oshawa
Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise residents of lane restrictions on Rossland Road (Regional Road 28), from Mary Street to Somerville Street, and restricted left turn movements from Simcoe Street northbound to Rossland Road westbound, in Oshawa.
When: June 12 to 16. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.
Where: Lane restrictions are on Rossland Road, from Mary Street to Somerville Street, and restricted left turn movements are from Simcoe Street northbound to Rossland Road westbound, in the City of Oshawa.
Why: For the replacement of a watermain within the intersection of Simcoe Street and Rossland Road.
Note: Access to local driveways and businesses will be maintained at all times. The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and construction workers.
