Lane restrictions on Simcoe Street North and Conlin Road in Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department advises residents of lane restrictions on Simcoe Street North (Regional Road 2), and Conlin Road, in the City of Oshawa.

When: August 6 to August 30. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where:

• Simcoe Street North: lane restrictions from 200 metres south of Conlin Road to 230 metres north of Conlin Road.
• Conlin Road: lane restrictions from 320 metres west of Simcoe Street North to 300 metres east of Simcoe Street North.

Why: Structure adjustments, concrete curb infills and surface asphalt paving.

Note: The Region realizes that the work is disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
