Lane restrictions on Taunton Road East in the Town of Whitby starting February 28

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Taunton Road East (Regional Road 4) in the Town of Whitby.

When: February 28 to March 18. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Taunton Road East, from Brock Street North to McKinney Drive, in the Town of Whitby.

Why: To safely install water and sanitary services to support new development.

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
