Lane restrictions on Taunton Road in the City of Pickering

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Taunton Road (Regional Road 4) in the City of Pickering.

When: March 14 and continuing through the week until completion. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: The westbound curb lane on Taunton Road (Regional Road 4) at the intersection of Burkholder Drive, in the City of Pickering.

Why: To safely conduct watermain work to support new development. 

Note: Water pressure fluctuation may result from the watermain work in the area. The Region realizes that the construction work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians and work crews.
