Lane restrictions on Taunton Road West in Whitby

This PSA has been updated to reflect the current information.

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of upcoming lane restrictions on Taunton Road West in the Town of Whitby.  

When: August 28 to September 1. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Taunton Road West, from Cullen Way to Valleywood Drive, in Whitby.  

Why: To safely complete curb construction.

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
