Lane restrictions on Thickson Road in Whitby

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of temporary lane restrictions on Thickson Road (Regional Road 26) in the Town of Whitby.

When: June 29 to 30. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Thickson Road, from Dundas Street East to William Stephenson Drive, in the Town of Whitby.

Why: To safely complete road repaving.

Note: Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on one half of the road. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
