Lane restrictions on Townline Road North in Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department advises residents of lane restrictions on Townline Road North (Regional Road 55) in the City of Oshawa.

When: May 6 to November 30. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Northbound and southboundlanes on Townline Road North, from Nash Road to Adelaide Avenue East, in Oshawa.

Why: To install a watermain and sanitary main, as well as construct new turning lanes and concrete medians to support new development.

Note: The Region realizes that the work is disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
