Lane restrictions on Valley Farm Road in Pickering

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department advises residents of lane restrictions on Valley Farm Road in the City of Pickering.

When: Aug. 12 to Sept. 6. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Northbound and southbound on Valley Farm Road, from approximately 150 metres north of Bloomfield Court to Bloomfield Court, in Pickering.

Why: To inspect and clean the Valley Farm sanitary sewer siphon.

Note: The Region realizes that the work is disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Be advised there will also be potential noise disturbance from equipment. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
