Lane restrictions on Victoria Street in Whitby

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Victoria Street (Regional Road 22) in the Town of Whitby.

When: Ongoing until September 30. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.   

Where: Victoria Street, from 20 metres east of Halls Road to 100 metres west of Seaboard Gate, in Whitby.

Why: Curb and gutter work and road paving.  

Note: The Region realizes that the construction work will be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
