Maintenance work will affect entrances to Durham Regional Headquarters
Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise visitors to the Regional Headquarters building at 605 Rossland Road East in Whitby that the entrances to the building will be impacted on a rotating basis while landscaping work is completed. Alternate entrances and exits to the building should be used during this time.
When: November 30 through December 2, unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.
Where: The Regional Municipality of Durham Headquarters, 605 Rossland Rd. East, Whitby:
- November 30: Short-term impacts anticipated for the south building entrance and the vehicle entrance from Garden Street.
- December 1: North entrance to the building will be closed.
- December 2: South entrance to the building and the vehicle entrance from Garden Street will be closed. The accessible parking lot south of the building will also be closed.
Why: The entrances will be impacted while maintenance work and landscaping takes place at Regional Headquarters.
Note: Please follow the directions of the onsite security guards and use caution around construction activities.
