New 311 Human Services Counter now open at Regional Headquarters

The new 311 Human Services Counter (formerly the Income & Employment Support Counter) is now operational at Regional Headquarters. The 311 Human Services Counter has moved from the lower level to the first floor and will be managed by the Region of Durham’s Service Durham staff. This is the counter for services related to housing support, children’s services such as fee subsidy, counselling services and Ontario Works.

You can either call 311 or attend our in-person services at the new 311 Human Services Counter for:

• Appointment management: Schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments with ease.
• Document drop-off and pickup: Conveniently submit or collect important paperwork.
• Payment pick-up: Collect payments in person, no additional appointments needed.
• Walk-in inquiries: Our knowledgeable staff is available to answer general inquiries, no appointment necessary.
