Regional service disruption scheduled for September 16
Whitby, Ontario –
On Saturday, September 16, several Regional websites will experience service disruptions (be unavailable), as scheduled maintenance is performed at Regional Headquarters. As a result of this work, it is expected that the telephone system, email addresses (@durham.ca) and several online forms will also be affected.

The service disruption will affect several Regional websites, including durham.ca, in addition to Regional phone numbers.

Please note that this service disruption is not expected to affect the Durham Regional Police Service website at drps.ca.
WHY:
To perform scheduled maintenance at Regional Headquarters.
All incoming calls to Regional Headquarters will be forwarded to an automated message for the duration of the service disruption, noting that Regional offices are closed, and the phone system is temporarily out of service.
During this time, for after-hours emergency assistance regarding water supply, sewers or Regional roads, call 905-576-9991 or 1-800-372-1104.
Residents with a personal health issue should contact Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000. A registered nurse will be able to assist.
The Regional Municipality of Durham apologizes for any inconvenience this service disruption may cause.
