Road closure on Old Orchard Avenue in the City of Pickering

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department advises residents of a road closure on Old Orchard Avenue in the City of Pickering.

When: January 28 and 29. Unfavorable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Old Orchard Avenue, from Liverpool Road to Douglas Avenue, in the City of Pickering.

Why: To install a water service and sanitary service across the roadway.

Note: Most residents will have access to their driveways. The Region realizes that the work is disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
