Road Closure on Thornton Road South in Oshawa at Canadian Pacific Railway crossing

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise residents of a road closure on Thornton Road South (Regional Road 52) in the City of Oshawa, as Canadian Pacific Railway completes emergency track repairs at the rail crossing.

When: October 22 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Thornton Road South, at the Canadian Pacific Railway crossing between Gibb Street and Champlain Avenue in Oshawa.

Why: Emergency track repairs.
