Road closures on Harmony Road North in Oshawa

This PSA has been updated to reflect the latest information.

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of road closures on Harmony Road North (Regional Road 33) in the City of Oshawa.

When: Starting July 16 to 18. The work schedule has been delayed due to unfavourable weather conditions. 

Where: North and southbound lanes will be closed on Harmony Road North from Winchester Road East (Regional Road 3) to Conlin Road East. The southbound lanes on Harmony Road North from Conlin Road East to Greenhill Avenue will also be closed.

Why: To safely install water and sanitary services to support new development and perform repair to the existing water distribution system.

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
