Road remediation work at CN rail crossing on Bayly Street in Ajax

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise residents of lane restrictions on Bayly Street (Regional Road 22) in Ajax as CN Rail completes road remediation work at the rail crossing.

When: September 5 and 6. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

Where: Bayly Street, at the CN Rail crossing (approximately 200 metres east of Westney Road) in the Town of Ajax.

Why: Road remediation.

Note: Access to local driveways and businesses will be maintained at all times. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and construction workers.
