Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham urges residents to check out our new Be Water Smart video series at www.durham.ca/waterefficiency for tips on conserving water.

When: The Be Water Smart video series will help residents save money and water all year long.

Where: The videos can be viewed through the Region of Durham’s website at www.durham.ca/waterefficiency.

Why: The Be Water Smart video series provides easy to use water conservation tips for in and around the home. Conserving water helps residents to cut down on their water bills. Water conservation also helps the Region to delay municipal water infrastructure projects, and allows for the efficient use of the water system and resources. Efficient water use helps preserve the environment.
